| Our Sports Organization Fundraiser League is designed to help local sports organizations raise funds for their teams at the same time enjoy a social night bowling with family and friends. Sports Fundraiser Leagues start in September. |

The Dell Lanes is offering local Sports Organizations the bowling lanes for a cost of only $350/week.... no matter the number of bowlers in the league. Each Sports Organization can decide how many weeks their league would like to run with a minimum of 16 weeks. The more weeks the league runs, the more money your Sports Organization can raise. See the examples of the amount you can raise below. There is no better way to raise funds for your Sports Organization while enjoying a night out with family and friends |
What's Involved ooooooooooo
The Dell Lanes will provide:
ooo• The bowling lanes for your organization, up to 80 bowlers, for a weekly
oooocost of $350 no matter the number of bowlers you bring out.
ooo• 3 games will be bowled each week.
ooo• We will do the secretarial work or show you how to do it.
ooo• We have a full food menu, licensed lounge with satellite TV's.
ooo• We will help you set up the league and if you need flyers to promote it
oooowe can help design one for you.
You Organization provides:
ooo• The bowlers: family, friends and others involved in your organization. The
oooomore bowlers that come out each week, the more money you can raise.
ooo• The weekly cost for the lanes is $350.
ooo• Treasury responsibilities for your league and money collection.
ooo• If you would like a year end banquet and/or prizes you are responsible for
oooocosts. A portion can come from the weekly money you collect or weekly
oooo50/50 ticket draws can raise in excess of $1,000.

If your Sports Organization brings in 16 bowling teams, family and friends, of 5 bowlers each, each 5 player bowling team can receive over $900 over 24 weeks. If your individual sports team fills 3 lanes of 5 bowlers, this equates to $2,700 for your individual sports team for uniforms, equipment, fees etc. The balance can go to league equipment, fees, prizes etc. The Sports Organization can determine how the money raised is to be allocated.
IN ADDITION: Weekly 50/50 draws can raise in excess of $1,000 which can go towards a year end banquet, prizes, or returned to the individual sports teams or the sports league. |
